So I was working at this little independant games store in 2005 when the boss decided to have a tournament called “beat the champ” the idea was that there was an unbeatable player on the 4 games and if you beat him you won a prize. We had Dr. Mario, F-Zero,Goldeneye and of course I was on Mortal Kombat II. I was the only “champ” to remain undefeated on the night as some Nintendo nerd showed up and pwn3d the other champs at the Nintendo games. It was a great night…I wish I could have MK2 tournaments more often! At the end of the night I battle Noob Saibot who kicks my ass several times…hes so damn fast!
