best thing to do is research those very same keyword on search engines. reason is you want to learn how many monthly search for each of those search terms.
Too many ssearches means a TON of others sell the same items you are and a ton of competition, to little and might not be enough to make a profit.
Also consider sub-niches to those terms. example in stead of comic books, maybe specialize fantastic four or some sub-niche.
